ABSTRACTA series of hydrophilic ionic liquids (ILs) were investigated as extractants for the quantitative determination of valerenic and acetoxyvalerenic acids in Valerianae radix. The influence of different factors, e.g. type of cation and anion, alkyl chain length, concentration, temperature, extraction time and solid–liquid ratio, was investigated. The results obtained showed that the extraction yield is strongly dependent on the cation type. The best outcome was obtained with IL capable of forming micelles in aqueous solution, e.g. 1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride. As a result, an alternative protocol for the quantification of sesquiterpenic acids in valerian was developed and validated. 相似文献

In the present work, the recycling of Si/SiC solid waste from photovoltaic industry for MgO-C refractories preparation has been introduced. The influence of solid waste powders as antioxidant additive on microstructure evolution, mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of MgO-C refractories has been investigated systematically. With 4?wt% Si/SiC rich solid waste addition, the MgO-C refractories exhibited the highest strength (4.39?MPa) and residual Young's modulus (7.86?GPa) after firing at 1400?°C, compared to only Si or SiC-addition. The presence of iron in the solid waste also promoted the formation of MgO and Mg2SiO4 whiskers via catalyst-assisted method. Moreover, a dissolution-saturation-precipitation growth mechanism was used to explain the formation process of the whiskers. The improvements in strength as well as thermal shock resistance can be attributed to the microstructural evolution. 相似文献

This paper describes a novel approach for on demand volumetric texture synthesis based on a deep learning framework that allows for the generation of high-quality three-dimensional (3D) data at interactive rates. Based on a few example images of textures, a generative network is trained to synthesize coherent portions of solid textures of arbitrary sizes that reproduce the visual characteristics of the examples along some directions. To cope with memory limitations and computation complexity that are inherent to both high resolution and 3D processing on the GPU, only 2D textures referred to as ‘slices’ are generated during the training stage. These synthetic textures are compared to exemplar images via a perceptual loss function based on a pre-trained deep network. The proposed network is very light (less than 100k parameters), therefore it only requires sustainable training (i.e. few hours) and is capable of very fast generation (around a second for 2563 voxels) on a single GPU. Integrated with a spatially seeded pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) the proposed generator network directly returns a color value given a set of 3D coordinates. The synthesized volumes have good visual results that are at least equivalent to the state-of-the-art patch-based approaches. A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the impact of solid fuel use for heating and cooking on blood pressure (BP) and hypertension, using data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS). The primary fuels used for indoor heating and cooking were collected by questionnaires, respectively. Hypertension was defined based on self-report of physician's diagnosis, and/or measured BP, and/or anti-hypertensive medication use. Multivariate logistic regression models were constructed to assess the associations. Among 10 450 eligible participants, 68.2% and 57.2% used indoor solid fuel for heating and cooking, respectively. Compared with none/clean fuel users, solid fuel for heating was associated with elevated BP (adjusted β: 2.02, 95% CI: 1.04–3.01 for systolic BP; adjusted β: 1.36, 95% CI: 0.78–1.94 for diastolic BP) and increased risk of hypertension (adjusted odds ratio: 1.15, 95% CI: 1.03–1.29). The impact of indoor solid fuel for heating on BP was more evident in rural and north residents, and hypertensive patients. We did not detect any significant associations between solid fuel use for cooking and BP/hypertension. Indoor solid fuel use is prevalent in China, especially in the rural areas. Its negative impact on BP suggested that modernization of household fuel use may help to reduce the burden of hypertension in China. 相似文献

To overcome nitrogen and iron deficiency in the organic fraction of municipal solid waste, amino acids and ferric oxide were separately added in the feedstock to evaluate their effect on hydrogen production. Furthermore, synergic effect of amino acids and ferric oxide on hydrogen production was evaluated. The co-culture of E. coli and Enterobacter aerogenes was used in the present study. The amino acids were applied in the concentration range of 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 and 10.0 g/L while ferric oxide was used in the concentration range of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 500 mg/L. Modified Gompertz model was used to analyze cumulative hydrogen production (P), maximum hydrogen production rate (Rmax) and lag phases (λ). The results exhibited that the hydrogen production was positively affected by each amino acid at every concentration applied. Application of alanine resulted in the highest cumulative and volumetric hydrogen production of 685.4 ± 10.1 mL and 1.9561LH2/Lsubstrate respectively which increased to 872.5 ± 10.1 mL and 2.492LH2/Lsubstrate for ferric oxide addition along with alanine. 复合固体推进剂含有固体颗粒较多,离散单元法是一种适合固体推进剂生产过程数值仿真的有效方法,颗粒物料的接触参数是保证离散单元法仿真精度的关键。本文以复合固体推进剂的主要组分铝粉和高氯酸铵固体颗粒为研究对象,通过实验测试获得了相关物料的安息角,利用专业离散元软件EDEM仿真模拟了安息角测试实验过程,建立了物料安息角与接触参数之间的联系。研究表明,滚动摩擦系数和滑动摩擦系数越大,安息角越大,物料流动性越差。对比仿真与实验结果,通过逆向反推法确定了物料的滑动摩擦系数和滚动摩擦系数两个关键接触参数。铝粉与高氯酸铵1∶2混合颗粒的滑动摩擦系数为0.2,滚动摩擦系数为0.05。为固体推进剂加工生产过程离散元数值仿真提供了关键基础数据。 相似文献
